Denise Lester

Denise has been working in the real estate industry for sixteen years. She started out in residential property management working with one of the largest owner/property management companies in Canada, Boardwalk Equities. Working with Boardwalk she learned a very systematic approach to property management. She took these skills and started working with Daryl Hillman in Commercial Property Management.

While working with Daryl, Denise pursued her real estate license. She left Sundance Capital, for five years to gain experience in residential real estate sales. With her commitment to excellence, a strong work ethic and outgoing personality she immediately had a very successful real estate career.

In the summer of 2009 Denise partnered with her previous mentor Daryl Hillman and Sundance Realty & Management Inc. was formed. Daryl and Denise are a fantastic team with the same values and ethics. They have a strong desire to see their clients meet their investment goals.
