Sundance Realty & Management Inc. provides access to our CGA for complete accounting services for all clients. Sundance Realty & Management Inc. provides budget analysis and budget preparation.
Sundance Realty & Management Inc. provides complete financial reports which include detailed monthly financial statements by the 20th of the following month. Financial statements can be tailored to each client’s needs. For owners and tenants convenience monthly fees and rents can be paid by pre-authorized payment.
Monthly financial statements include:
- Balance Sheet
- Reserve Fund Statement for Condominiums
- Income Statement
- Other statements can be provided as required
